Pike & Joyce Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose NV

Appearance: Pale salmon pink.
Aroma: Fresh aromas of strawberry, cranberry and watermelon with some subtle creamy secondary ferment notes. Very attractive and quite enticing.
Palate: The palate is crisp and bright with strawberry/cranberry the driving flavours here. It is light bodied with fine, persistent mousse and has nice balance between acid, residual sweetness and the textural elements coming from the Pinot Noir grape.
Summary: Our first effort with this style and it is indeed an encouraging one. Drink over the spring and summer months ahead. Great with all sorts of canapes or just for the sake of having a glass of nice fizz.
