• With built in Heat Recovery System and energy recuperator
• The Heat Recovery System collects and condenses the steam during each cycle & is exhausted by the machine after a full cleaning cycle. It heats up the next cycle’s input water making it more energy efficient & with lower energy bills. It also eliminates the need of a ceiling exhaust canopy.
• Hourly production: 65 baskets/hour - 1170 dishes/hour.

• Wash cycles: 55"- 90" - 120".
• GLASS cycle: special program for washing glassware, based on the
• specifications of hygiene and safety standard DIN 10511. Cycle of 90
